Feeling Lights ("we", "us") is an independent creator project that publishes short animated videos. This policy explains what data we handle on this website and in the tools we use to publish our own videos.

This website

This is a static website. It does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, contact forms or accounts, and it does not load fonts or scripts from third parties. We do not collect personal data through it.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver and protect the site. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Our publishing tool and Google user data

We use a private, internal tool (registered with Google as "Feeling Lights") to upload our own videos to our own YouTube channel. It is used only by us. It is not offered to the public and does not access anyone else's account.

• Data accessed: the basic profile of our own channel and the permission to upload and manage videos on it, granted by us through Google's sign-in.
• Use: exclusively to publish videos we have reviewed and approved, and to read their status.
• Storage: the access tokens are stored encrypted on our own computer. They are not stored on this website.
• Sharing: we do not sell, share or transfer this data to anyone.

Feeling Lights's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

Our tool uses YouTube API Services. By interacting with our content on YouTube you are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Access granted to the tool can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page.

Social platforms

When you watch, like, comment on or share our videos on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or other platforms, those platforms process your data under their own privacy policies. We only see the information those platforms show to creators, such as public comments and aggregated statistics.

Children

Our content is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
